CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. This policy allows us to respect the time of our stylists and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. No-show appointments (failure to show up without notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you for your support!
